shikomi.ai is an AI-powered auto-editing assistant for video editing software. The service analyzes audio, generates subtitles, and produces edit suggestions that are applied within your editing application.
An account is required to use the service. Each person may register one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

All payments are processed via credit card through our payment processor. Prices may be updated with advance notice.
New accounts receive a free trial of 30 minutes of processing time. The trial has no expiration date and is limited to one per account. No credit card is required for the trial.
The free trial is for evaluation purposes only. Commercial use of output requires a paid subscription (Standard or Pro).
EU residents: If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have the right to withdraw from a digital service purchase within 14 days, unless you have expressly consented to the service beginning immediately upon purchase and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
AI-generated editing results are provided as suggestions and are not guaranteed to meet specific quality standards. All final editing decisions and the resulting output are the responsibility of the user. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the service remains available until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time. In the event of a planned service discontinuation, we will provide at least 90 days' advance notice to registered users via email.
If the service is discontinued, active subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of their current billing period. Add-on pack balances will also be refunded proportionally.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
For users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local data protection laws apply in addition to these Terms. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal data.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
For EU residents: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
We may update our pricing from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days before the new pricing takes effect. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period. Continued use of the service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
